A 75-minute ABK Karate Class for students of all ranks.

Limited to a maximum of 19 participants.

Please bring your own: water bottle, towel, hand sanitiser, shin guards, hand protectors and mouth guard; and Thai Pads and/or Kick shields if you have them.

Club-supplied hand sanitiser will be available on-site as a back up.

Cost: $15.00 if paying casually.

If you are unwell or have had any of the following symptoms in the last 14 days please stay home: cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, fever; and arrange for Covid-19 testing by first calling 13HEALTH for advice.
