A 75-minute ABK Karate Class for students of all ranks.

Limited to a maximum of 44 participants.

Please bring your own: water bottle, towel, hand sanitiser, shin guards, hand protectors and mouth guard; and Thai Pads and/or Kick shields if you have them.

Shared equipment will only be used with an appropriate cleaning protocol between classes (or uses).

Club-supplied hand sanitiser will be available on-site as a back up.

Cost: Casual passes are $15 per person. Purchase in advance using our Store in TeamApp.
