A 90-minute ABK Karate class for students of all ranks.

Limited to a maximum of 25 participants.

Sunscreen, footwear and hats recommended.

For this class and future classes please bring the following items for personal use: a water bottle, towel, hand sanitiser, shin guards, hand guards, mouth guard; and Thai Pads and/or Kick shields.

Club-supplied hand sanitiser will be available as a back-up.
Cost: Casual passes are $15 per person.
