A 75-minute ABK Karate Class for students of all ranks.

Limited to a maximum of 25 participants.

Please bring your own: water bottle, towel, hand sanitiser, shin guards, hand protectors and mouth guard; and Thai Pads and/or Kick shields if you have them.

Club-supplied hand sanitiser is available on-site as a back up.

Cost: $15.00 if paying casually.
